4/14/16: Update: Lawyer for DC Madam Montgomery Blair Sibley Files "Emergency Motion"
4/14/2016
Today, Justice Thomas -- apparently disagreeing with Chief Justice
Roberts' denial of my Application -- has referred myApplication for
determination by the entire Supreme Court at their Conference on
4/11/12: More waiting for Lady Justice to grind out her answer. But at least all of the Justices will be on record as to whether they will continue the muzzling of my First Amendment Political Speech so that We the People can govern ourselves accordingly.
Judge Garland has tied up my Emergency Petition in the Circuit Court of Appeals for over thirty (30) days without addressing the merits. Chief Justice Roberts has denied my Application.
But then a funny thing happened.
Back in February I had filed a lawsuit against Former Judge Roberts and the Clerk of the District Court in D.C. Superior Court -- the "state" court for the District of Columbia. Last week, the U.S. Attorney in her infinite wisdom removed that case to U.S. District Court which left me one last federal judicial opening.
So today I jumped through that opening and filed with U.S. District Court Judge Walton both my First Amended Complaint and "Emergency Motion for Pre-trial Conference to Schedule Expedited Disposition of Sibley’s Third Claim".
Exhibit "B" to that Emergency Motion lists the names of some 174 companies and government agencies whose cellphone numbers appear in the Verizon Wireless subpoena return that I have in my possession. Before you rush to Exhibit "B", I would hope you would take a moment to read the seven (7) page Emergency Motion in its entirety so you can put my actions in releasing this information in the context I intend them.
And no, I am not releasing any individual names . . . yet.

64 percent said Donald Tump Should be The Republican Nominee
![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsC1CEvH5HovgeZQexDF1NGpgqPT3O6MyRaZkNFqGSw5gHzBrktuUk1NvGGj8S7w2nTPu1rppml7ZGws-JjxT6oppSNZtiUV-KIDQmsHyyingnrgaHbmVRULEiBFdBwNJNDd1hvTCGhaWg/s320/64.png)
A majority of Republican-leaning voters now believe Donald Trump will be the GOP presidential nominee, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post poll released Tuesday.
And increasing numbers of Americans — as well as Trump himself — believe it’s inevitable the billionaire developer and Republican front-runner will win the nomination, Politico reports.
When asked who will be the likeliest GOP nominee, those polled said:
Donald Trump: 64 percent
Sen. Ted Cruz: 12 percent
Sen. Marco Rubio: 5 percent
In addition, the poll found that Trump’s support continues to spring from “anti-establishment and anti-immigrant sentiment within the GOP, buttressed by economic discontent and by a broad sense among the rank and file that he’d be the party’s most electable pick.”
Among those results:
His backing soars to 53 percent among leaning Republicans who strongly feel immigrants weaken U.S. society, vs. 24 percent among those who think immigrants strengthen this country. The former view is far more prevalent within the GOP.
Leaning Republicans by 54-42 percent chiefly want a candidate from outside the political establishment. Among those who are in the anti-establishment group, and registered to vote, 51 percent pick Trump over his 10 rivals tested in this poll.
Among those very worried about their economic prospects (27 percent of registered leaning Republicans), Trump gets 45 percent support, vs. 28 percent among those who aren’t worried.
Some 51 percent think Trump is the best choice to bring needed change to Washington, perhaps the single most crucial attribute to leaned Republicans – 83 percent of whom express dissatisfaction or even anger with the way things are working in the capital.
56 percent of leaning Republicans think Trump has the best chance to win the general election in November, up 9 points from last month.
The support that continues to rise for Trump shows a “sense of inevitability” he will be the Republican nominee, Politico says. And Trump himself realizes it.
He took a “victory lap, of sorts, on the morning show circuit on Tuesday, crowing about his dominant poll position, especially among evangelicals,” Politico reported.
“I’m a religious person. I’ve been going to Sunday school for a long time like you did, Joe, and you know, I am a religious person,” Trump told Joe Scarborough on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
“And frankly, I’m a believer and they understand that. Some of the polls came out, and was interesting, CNN said I’d be the best leader, I’ll be best with ISIS, I’ll be best on the border by far, I’ll be best on a lot of things, and the evangelicals want that.”
But Trump — while confident — is not stopping his punishing assaults on Cruz and the question surrounding his eligibility to be president having been born in Canada.
Particularly with both candidates being essentially tied for first place in the upcoming Iowa caucuses.
“Well he does have a problem there. There’s no question about it. Nobody knows if he can even run,” Trump said on “Morning Joe” Tuesday.
“He has to solve that problem, get a declaratory judgment from the courts. I mean, he could be running and end up being thrown out of the race in the middle of it. … if he got a nomination, there’d be a lawsuit day one” from Democrats.
The ABC News/Washington Post poll, conducted from Jan. 21-24, has a margin of sampling error of 5.5 points.

Trump is not intimidated by anyone or anything, Fearless and So Are We!
Why Cruz supporters should be very concerned that they have a demon in their midst that they are holding up as a holy man.
Cruz NWO Cult Exposed – “Religion” of 7 Mountain Strategy – Jim Jones For President?
Pastor G. Craig Lewis of EX-Ministries, which describes itself as an organization designed to expose false doctrines and other deceptive attacks against biblical Christianity, takes on the Cruz cult. It’s the same one that Rafael Cruz, Ted’s Pastor Dad preachers and is a celebrity in, The Seven Mountain Strategy.
Pastor Lewis lays out an excellent encapsulation of just who these people are, highlighting their belief that “the only way they can impact society for GOD is by penetrating the 7 cultural spheres (or mountains) of society.”
The 7 Mountains are Arts & Entertainment, Business, Education, Family, Government, Media and Religion.
He cites the earliest known appearance of the cult occurred in 1975 with an American preacher named Bill Bright, who created Campus Crusade. That organization is billed as an interdenominational advocacy for worldwide evangelism.
Lewis details that, as the legend goes, “Bill Bright and Loren Cunningham (another prominent Christian) were sitting down having lunch together when God simultaneously gave them both a message to give to one another — and that message essentially said that in order to impact any nation for Jesus Christ — they must impact the seven spheres (or mountains) of any society. It was this that lead to the creation of the “7 Mountain Strategy” ideology that we commonly see spreading in the Christian arena today.”
Lewis describes The 7 Mountains Strategy as the New World Order repackaged for Christian for Christian consumption, describing the ideology as both unbiblical and very deceptive.
This ideology teaches Christians that in order to influence any civilization for Christ, they must first infiltrate the different sectors of humanity and “take them over”.
Lewis notes that “Clearly the early apostles did not know about this doctrine considering the fact that they spent the majority of their time – Being Poor, Being Beaten, Being thrown in Jail, and Being Stoned.” He asks, “Does this sound like the apostles were “Dominating” any sectors of society?”

He goes on to point out the many ways that this heresy is not Christianity and in doing so, the reasons why Cruz supporters should be very concerned that they have a demon in their midst that they are holding up as a holy man.
Lewis makes the point of the Apostles not themselves meeting muster for the 7 Mountains Cult, saying, “In fact, it sounds like they were doing the complete opposite.

Gingrich: Trump has made Ted Cruz look normal
Newt Gingrich on Wednesday marveled at one of Donald Trump's biggest accomplishments in the 2016 race — making Ted Cruz appear normal.
The former House speaker predicted that Cruz could be boosted at a contested convention by establishment support, something that would be unthinkable without an even more polarizing figure like Trump in the race.
“The challenge is entirely on Trump,” said Gingrich, who has been supportive of Trump. “He is not gonna get any help out of the establishment. They have reluctantly concluded that if, you know — Trump in a funny way has normalized Ted Cruz because without Trump, the establishment would be totally opposed to Cruz.”
Indeed, the senator has only garnered support from fellow Sens. Mike Lee and Lindsey Graham. But Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush have also backed his campaign as the best alternative to Trump.
Gingrich pushed back on the notion that anyone other than Trump or Cruz could win the nomination. The 2012 convention rules, he said, were designed to block anybody from competing with Mitt Romney and now make it nearly impossible for someone who isn’t running in 2016 to become the nominee. The 2016 rules, however, won’t be set until the convention begins.
“This could end up being, you know, a really right-down-to-the-wire contest between these two guys,” Gingrich said. “If Trump doesn’t get it, then it will slide to Cruz.”
Trump has a 226-delegate advantage over the Texas senator, who won Wisconsin by a double-digit margin Tuesday. But the Republican front-runner is still nearly 500 delegates shy of the 1,237 needed to clinch the nomination outright before the convention.
While it’s tough to see Cruz surpassing Trump in delegates, Gingrich continued, he has the campaign to win a multi-ballot convention.
“What Cruz of course has done, very intelligently, is he has gone out and he has poached on the delegates that are going to be bound to Trump legally on the first vote, but they’re not bound after the first vote,” he said. “So what he’s trying to do is win elections in Louisiana, in Georgia, etc., where he picks up people that are pledged to help him once they meet their legal obligations. So Cruz, I think, will tell you he will actually get stronger on the second and third ballots. Trump probably won’t. Trump really has to rush to victory on the first ballot, I think.”
Gingrich said he could support either candidate as the nominee but joined the choir of people urging the New York billionaire to be more presidential. Trump has said he will, but doing so would be “boring as hell.”
Trump blasted Cruz and the establishment following a 13-point loss in Wisconsin — a message Gingrich decried as “self-destructive.”
For Trump to win, Gingrich said, his campaign has to give his convention manager Paul Manafort significantly more authority — “because Manafort’s the one real professional he has in the organization who has been through this before, who knows how to do it” — and pump more money into a more expansive daily grassroots delegate operation, in addition to being more presidential.
“The statement he issued last night was, frankly, just self-destructive,” Gingrich said about the missive, which stated, “Donald J. Trump withstood the onslaught of the establishment yet again. Lyin' Ted Cruz had the Governor of Wisconsin, many conservative talk radio show hosts, and the entire party apparatus behind him.”
It went on say, "Ted Cruz is worse than a puppet — he is a Trojan horse, being used by the party bosses attempting to steal the nomination from Mr. Trump.”
Gingrich on Wednesday said: “It was angry and it was hostile. It was demeaning. It’s everything that turns people off about him. He has had a great run, but he has to get to a new plateau if he’s gonna win.”

Priebus Won’t Turn RNC Over to Trump If He Wins
If Donald Trump wins the Republican presidential nomination this summer, Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus is vowing not to give the billionaire’s campaign control over the party leading up to the November election, according to a The Times said Priebus “has also let it be known that he does not plan to let the Trump campaign take over the party apparatus if he captures the nomination. “At an off-the-record happy hour with reporters last week, Mr. Priebus said clearly that, regardless of precedent, he would not be layered over by Mr. Trump’s loyalists, according to two people present.” If true, Priebus’ decision would be a stunning reversal of precedent and a serious slap in the face to the Trump campaign. In modern presidential campaigns, the presumptive nominee of the party, even before gaining the nomination, takes de facto control over the party and its apparatus. The candidate and the campaign take the helm of the national campaign effort, with the party and RNC chair taking direction from them. The Times report by correspondents Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Martin detail Trump’s Thursday meeting Chairman Priebus and other party staff in Washington, D.C. Trump said afterward the gathering was “a very good meeting … It’s really a unity meeting.” But The Times report painted a more nuanced picture, with Priebus and top aides complaining about Trump’s combative approach to the party, its officials and other candidates. The paper also cited three people who were briefed on the meeting, and claims Priebus told Trump both sides need to have a better relationship moving forward. Trump has criticized the party for months, and this week he not to run as an independent candidate should he lose the nomination. The paper quoted Trump as admitting his own staff had failed to do the proper follow-up with delegates. “… Mr. Trump turned to his aides and suggested that they had not been doing what they needed to do,” the Times said. The meeting reportedly included Trump, his son Donald J. Trump Jr., Trump’s lawyer Donald F. McGahn, his campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, his national political director Michael Glassner, and his spokeswoman Hope Hicks. From the RNC, Priebus was joined by COO Sean Cairncross and chief of staff Katie Walsh. Also discussed was , a state whose primary Trump won. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz will likely earn more delegates from the state because his campaign found ways to work within the state’s delegate system. Regarding Louisiana and other states with finicky rules regarding delegates, The Times reports that Priebus told Trump every campaign in the race should be ready to fight for votes at this summer’s convention in Cleveland. Lewandowski and Glassner, however, told The Times Friday Trump did not scold his team as first reported. Trump’s rise to the top of the polls has been polarizing, but he has a strong base of supporters and he is hoping to secure the 1,237 delegate votes needed to clinch the nomination before the convention. If he falls short, at getting the nod on the first ballot. If neither candidate wins the magic 1,237 votes on the first ballot, delegates are officially unbound, allowing for the convention delegates to nominate a candidate of their own choosing.7:15 AM 4/2/2016

Let's face it, the Media has the war on women. Depicting woman as not being able to see through the smog over a miss thought out comment
Let's face it, the Media and Cruz are pushing war on women. Depicting woman as not being able to see through the smog over a miss thought out comment by Trump!
Donald Trump is facing a damaging media narrative just as he seemed to be in a position to wrap up the Republican race.
The sharks are circling in the campaign water, sensing blood from a series of controversies that his critics want to define him.
And it’s happening in the final stretch before Tuesday’s Wisconsin primary, which a Fox Business poll yesterday says Ted Cruz is leading over Trump, 42 to 32 percent, with John Kasich at 19.
Trump insists he respects women, and he has promoted many of them at his company. But complaints about his language began to pick up again when he attacked Megyn Kelly as “sick” and “crazy.”
Then the Corey Lewandowski story exploded.
The decision by Florida police to charge Trump’s campaign manager with a misdemeanor for manhandling former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields produced a tsunami of media coverage. The campaign insists that Lewandowski did nothing wrong.
