Why is Hillary Clinton so so unhappy?
Why is Hillary Clinton so unhappy? According to her, when she and her husband left the White House, they were dead broke. Yet they left with a truckload of valuable furniture, dinnerware and flatware that was the property of the federal government, for which they were never prosecuted.
They also left with contracts for lectures and speeches worth between $20 million and $30 million in the ensuing years. And they have done quite well financially. According to The Washington Post, between the time Bill Clinton left office in 2001 and January 2013, when Hillary Clinton stepped down as secretary of state, Bill alone made $104.9 million for speeches, and Hillary's standard speaking fee is $200,000 a pop.
Why is Hillary so unhappy? We can start with the fact that she is her own worst enemy. No Republican dirty trickster could have put her into the legal and political mess into which she has put herself. Her surreptitious refusal to follow federal law and her congenital lying about it have caught up with her.
By using her own computer server instead of the government's in the four years of her tenure as secretary of state, she knowingly compromised the national security of the United States. She did this by receiving and sending at least 400 emails that contained information that under federal law was confidential, secret or top-secret, which is a felony.
The failure to preserve data of that nature is a federal crime, whether it is stamped with an official secret denomination, whether one has read it and perceived its secret nature, and whether it has fallen into enemy hands or not. Gen. David Petraeus was convicted of retaining the printed versions of secret and top-secret data in a desk drawer in his guarded home. It was alleged -- but not proved -- that he shared this data with one of his subordinates. Even though the subordinate had a security clearance, Petraeus was prosecuted.
In Hillary's case, the data have fallen into enemy hands, as one of the folks to whom she regularly sent her emails -- in utter and reckless disregard for the secrets they contained -- was her political adviser Sid Blumenthal, an employee of the Clinton Foundation at the time. Blumenthal's insecure server was hacked by Romanian intelligence agents, who were convicted and sentenced to prison.
Why is Hillary so unhappy? When the State Department was sued by public interest groups seeking copies of Hillary's emails -- lawsuits permitted and even encouraged by the Freedom of Information Act, a federal statute that presumes that documents and emails in federal custody are available for the public to see -- the State Department answered the litigation truthfully by telling a federal judge that it had none of Hillary's emails.

Embarrassed in Syria, West Blames Russia for MH17, How Convenient!
If you cannot see how obviously suspicious the timing of the release of this report is, we have some ocean front property, at bargain basement prices, with your name on it.
Today, the Dutch Safety Board released a report blaming a ‘Russian-made BUK missile’ as the cause of the destruction of MH17.
However, they begrudgingly admit that they cannot say who fired the missile.
As we mentioned above, the timing of the release of this report is more than suspicious…
Russia has just dramatically embarrassed the West in Syria, destroying 40% of the terrorist infrastructure in just one week and causing a terrorist exodus.
Its release comes alongside comments from ‘anonymous officials’ that CIA-backed rebel fighters were making progress before the Russian air campaign. Therefore, it fits into a continuing narrative seeking to demonise Russia that has gone into overdrive since the successful Russian intervention in Syria began.
Is everything Russia’s fault these days?
Western outlets have been quick to report that Russia now needs ‘to fully cooperate with the criminal investigation‘, but have mostly omitted the arguments Russian evidence on the disaster has been ignored.
Dmitry Peskov, Putin’s Press Secretary, told journalists “there are facts delivered by the Russian side that, for unclear reasons, are being apparently ignored“. He says Russia has “repeatedly expressed its disappointment over the lack of proper level of cooperation and engagement of the Russian experts into the investigation.”
The deputy head of Roasaviation, Oleg Storchevoy, wrote a letter to the International Civil Aviation Association claiming that “comprehensive information delivered by Russia“, and the “basic principle of investigating air incidents – sequence of conclusions” had both been entirely ignored.
He posits that the ‘official’ investigators, “immediately jumped to conclusions and blamed a BUK missile“, without offering any hard evidence.
Here is the problem with Western logic: if Russia is to blame for the acts of ‘Russian-backed rebels’ in Ukraine, then why isn’t the West also blaming itself for the atrocities of ‘Western-backed rebels’ in Syria?
If ‘moderate rebels’ or terrorists in Syria or Northern Iraq shoot-down an airliner with US-supplied weapons, then who can the West blame?

Hillary is Already Talking about the use of Executive Action
Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton on Monday proposed tighter gun-control measures, including expanded background checks, and suggested that if elected she would use executive powers to achieve her goals.
“I want to push hard to get more sensible restraints,” Clinton said on NBC’s “Today” show. “I want to work with Congress, but I will look at ways as president.”
She called for expanded background checks for firearms sales online and at gun shows. Clinton also called for closing loopholes in federal laws that allow for gun-sale transactions to be completed if the buyer’s background check is not finished within three days.
Clinton will unveil more details about her plans Monday during a campaign swing through New Hampshire.
Her campaign says her proposals also include a repeal of legislation shielding gun manufacturers, distributors and dealers from most liability suits, even in the case of mass shootings like the one that killed nine students and teachers at an Oregon community college on Thursday.
The fatal shootings have sparked renewed interest in Washington, the 2016 presidential campaign trails and elsewhere across the country about curbing gun violence.
