Today: State to release largest batch of Clinton emails so far
The sheer size of the planned posting on the State Department's website—at least 6,106 pages, according to a recent court filing—should give Clinton's critics and her defenders a lot to digest. The volume of emails slated to go public Monday is roughly the same as that of all of Clinton's messages unveiled up to this point.
One of the most closely watched aspects of Monday's release will be how many of the messages the State Department and U.S. intelligence agencies deem classified on national security grounds. In previous disclosures, 63 messages have been partially withheld due to classified information. That number seems certain to grow substantially in the new batch.
In addition, the Intelligence Community Inspector General has said at least two emails on Clinton's account contained "TOP SECRET" information subject to special protection because it was derived from electronic or aerial surveillance. The State Department has disputed that conclusion. The FBI is also conducting an investigation of how the arguably classified material made it onto Clinton's server.
The classification issues have created a political and public relations controversy for Clinton—the frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination—and have fueled questions about the wisdom of her opting to handle all her email traffic during her four years as America's top diplomat on a private email account and server housed at the home she shares with former President Bill Clinton in Chappaqua, N.Y.
Clinton, who insisted at the outset of the controversy in March that there was no classified information in her email, now says nothing was marked as classified at the time. She has also described the classification issues as the result of disputes between the State Department and other intelligence agencies. The Democratic presidential candidate's aides have also stressed that since classified information is not supposed to be sent to ordinary government email accounts or personal accounts, her use of a personal one isn't particularly relevant.

Trump was talking about Hillary Clinton‘s emails and then roped her aide Huma Abedin into it due to her involvement.
Hillary Clinton’s campaign tried to defend her controversial top staffer, Huma Abedin, after Donald Trump called Abedin’s husband–the disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner–a “perv” and a “sleazebag.”
Trump also suggested that Abedin, the daughter of Islamic supremacists — is a security risk.
But Hillary’s defense consisted mostly of an effort to change the subject. “Donald Trump has spent the summer saying offensive things about women, but there is no place for patently false, personal attacks towards a staff member,” said Hillary’s press secretary Nick Merrill.
Clinton’s statement also tried to stigmatize public debate about Abedin’s actions. Trump “should be ashamed of himself, and others in his own party should take a moment to stand up to him and draw the line for once. It’s embarrassing to watch frankly,” she said.
Clinton is surrounded by a protective clique and “Huma now is one of the people,” Trump explained during a speech in Massachusetts on Friday.

"He wants everyone deported, which would tear family lives asunder," Bush told New York radio talk show host John Catsimatidis, later calling Trump's plans "unconstitutional."
"It's not conservative and it's not realistic and it does not embrace American values," Bush added.
Similarly, on Trump's signature idea of building a wall along the U.S.-Mexican border, Bush charged that the proposal is likely impossible.
"What Donald Trump is proposing is a wall that can't be built, and if it was, it would cost hundreds of billions of dollars."
Bush added that "right now the number of Mexicans crossing the border is basically flat," suggesting that Trump misunderstood the immigration issue. Bush charged that "the immigrants that are crossing legally or illegally in both cases are from Central America now."
Last week, Bush went to McAllen, Texas, where he also criticized Trump and his views for dealing with the immigration problem.
Still, Bush lobbed the billionaire who has roundly criticized him since getting in the race some praise.
Acknowledging his appeal and their different style, Bush admitted, "He has captured a sizable amount of support based on connecting with people's anxiety about what the future looks like."
Making sure to finish with a jab, Jeb qualified his compliment, "He is not offering any compelling proposals, though."

The Liberal Vision For The Poor Vs. The Conservative Vision For The Poor
When liberals look at the poor, first and foremost, they see people who will vote for them in exchange for goodies. This gives liberals a perverse incentive to keep as many Americans mired in poverty as humanly possible.
This is why liberals are always willing to make a government handout a little bigger, easier to qualify for, or to make sure as many people as possible are using it. They want poor people to remain poor – and no wonder. Show me a ghetto in America and I will show you an area that votes heavily Democrat despite the fact that its condition never seems to improve.
Incidentally, that’s just how liberals like it. If you’re poor today, they’d like you to remain poor next year, the next ten years or even for the rest of your life. Then, not only do liberals get your vote, they get to feel better about themselves because they’re “helping” a “pitiful, helpless failure” like you. It’s the best of all worlds for liberals: they get to feel “generous,” it helps keep them in power, and other people pick up the bill.
Of course, it’s certainly not the best of all worlds for the poor.
Having been poor, I can tell you that it’s no picnic. Nobody likes living in a dangerous neighborhood, struggling to pay the rent or not knowing where the money will come from if his car breaks down. This is where liberals try get the fishhook in your jaw. They offer “free” money, “free food,” “free” housing. When you’re struggling, that looks pretty good.
But, what many poor people eventually realize is that all the “free” things liberals want to give them are part of a trap. Sure, government benefits make life a little easier, but they also help keep you poor long term. Being on the dole undercuts your motivation to change your situation. It encourages you to treat receiving handouts from the government as a primary source of income. In fact, many people start to worry that if they do TOO WELL, they’ll lose their “free” benefits.
On the other hand, conservatives don’t believe anyone is destined to remain poor.
We believe if you make good decisions, work hard and are willing to pull yourself up by your own bootstraps, you can at least join the middle class. Unlike the Democrats, Republicans get most of their votes from the middle class; so unlike them, we’re incentivized to help poor Americans improve their situation financially. The same poor person who won’t vote Republican today may vote for the GOP tomorrow if he is off the dole, has a better job and is living in a better neighborhood.
So conservatives do believe in a social safety net, but we believe it should be temporary. We don’t want anyone to become dependent on the government or to take advantage of the system. In other words, we don’t want the safety net to become a hammock.
That’s why we want people to work for welfare, think drug addicts should be ineligible and believe there should be limits to how long someone can stay on a program.
We agree with Ronald Reagan who once said, “I believe the best social program is a job.”
Want to know why conservatives oppose high corporate taxes and want to keep taxes low in general? Why we don’t like the minimum wage? Why we try to cut regulations as much as possible?
It’s mostly about jobs. If the economy is growing, thriving and creating lots of jobs, it helps everybody, including the poor. Increasing the minimum wage to $15 may help a few people live more comfortably in poverty, but it will also lead to the loss of starter jobs for millions of poor people who desperately need the experience so they can improve their situations.
The government will NEVER lift you out of poverty, but a good job can. That’s where we believe we should be focusing our efforts. That’s why conservatives have long touted enterprise zones that allow businesses to have tax breaks in poor neighborhoods. The more businesses that move into low-income areas, the more poor Americans can get jobs.
Conservatives also believe in being tough on crime and protecting the Second Amendment rights of Americans. Nobody benefits more from that than the poor who are often trapped in crime-ridden neighborhoods that Democrats haven’t bothered to clean up, despite being in charge for decades.
Conservatives don’t believe there’s anything shameful about being poor, but we also believe the best thing we can do to help poor Americans is to make it possible for them leave poverty behind for good. A liberal “success story” is someone who gets lots of government benefits while he lives in poverty for decades. A conservative “success story” is a poor American who no longer needs government benefits because he got a good job and moved into the middle class.
That’s why liberalism is for poor people who are content to remain poor and conservatism is for poor people who want to make a better life for themselves.

Hillary's IT Company: Server Was Never in Bathroom Closet
The small Denver technology firm at the center of Hillary Clinton's email scandal is speaking out. Griff Jenkins spoke to Andy Boian, crisis management coordinator for Platte River Networks, "On The Record" tonight. Boian explained that Platte River Networks was hired by the Clintons in June 2013 to upgrade, manage and secure their email server.
He said the company never looked at the data on the server and did not know it included sensitive material. They simply managed and protected it based on what their clients requested.
Boian told Jenkins that the server - which was handed over to the FBI on Wednesday - was never kept in Denver, but in a secure data center in New Jersey.
He added that reports that any server was ever housed in a bathroom closet in a Denver apartment were erroneous. Boian said that he doesn't know why the Clintons selected Platte River Networks to manage their server, and there were no existing relationships between the Clintons and executives at the company.
"Platte River is not under investigation, nor have we ever been under investigation. And we plan to fully cooperate with the FBI at every junction," Boian said.

Judge Jeanine Pirro said on "Hannity" that a grand jury should be investigating Hillary Clinton right now.
Judge Jeanine said there are multiple crimes Clinton could be charged with, including keeping classified information on an unauthorized server, destruction of evidence, obstruction of justice and violating the Federal Records Act.
"There's at least seven that I found," Judge Jeanine said. "The woman should be indicted."
"Was this a mass criminal conspiracy?" Judge Jeanine wondered. "You've got co-conspirators, you've got people taking 'top secret' off of emails, you've got everything a grand jury should be investigating right now."
Judge Jeanine said that America doesn't trust Clinton anymore, and it's likely that her political career will not survive this scandal.

And on the Democrat side, there's surging support for a self-avowed socialist who is challenging Hillary Clinton, who thought she was the anointed candidate in 2008, only to be knocked off her pedestal by upstart Barack Obama. She considers herself anointed now, but finds her support fading quickly.
So how about the gauntlet being thrown down by ... Michelle Obama?
There already are some commenting on the idea.
WND commentator Star Parker told WND she was at a book signing in Washington this week and was asked about the possibility.
She admitted she's watching that possible development closely.
"I've even seen bumper stickers that say Michelle 2016," Parker told WND. "Until the primaries are absolutely closed, my eye is on Michelle."

Look at what she studied
Margaret Thaler Singer (1921–2003) was a clinical psychologist and opponent of new religious movements (which she called "cults").
Singer's main areas of research included schizophrenia, family therapy, brainwashing and coercive persuasion. In the 1960s she began to study the nature of new religious movements and mind control, and sat as a board member of the American Family Foundation and as an advisory board member of the Cult Awareness Network. She is the co-author of the book Cults in Our Midst.From 1983 to 1986, Singer oversaw the production of a report for the American Psychological Association on her theories of coercive persuasion. In 1987 the APA's board of Social and Ethical Responsibility rejected the report, stating that it lacked scientific rigor and critical analysis. Following this rejection of her theories, Singer was no longer accepted by judges as an expert witness and instead began to publish those theories in her books.

Top Spy: Hillary's Emails 'Likely' Hacked by China, Russia, Iran
A top intelligence official under President Obama, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, says that the chances Hillary Clinton's private emails were hacked is "very high." Flynn, who ran the Defense Intelligence Agency but is now retired, called it hackings "likely." Flynn made the comments to Megyn Kelly.
"As a military officer, if I said I was doing something for convenience's sake to the soldiers that I was leading and it was solely for my convenience instead of their, you know, their welfare, I should be relieved of duty. I would expect to be fired," Flynn said. "You know, it's one of those things where if it doesn't feel good it probably isn't. And this one doesn't feel good to me."
Kelly asked, "What do you think the odds are that the Chinese, the Russians hacked into that server and her e-mail account?"
"Very high," Flynn said without hesitation. "Likely."
"Really?"
"Yep. Likely. They're very good at it. China, Russia, Iran, potentially the North Koreans. And other countries who may be 'our allies' because they can."
Flynn said we "all ought to be asked" about Hillary Clinton's emails and the security surrounding her private account.

Drip, drip, drip. The Clinton email scandal continues to deepen.
According
to the Britain’s The Daily Mail, the IT company Hillary Clinton chose
to maintain her private email server was housed in a bathroom closet of a
loft apartment without even a security system.
Tom Welch, who helped
found the tiny Platte River Networks in Denver, Colorado confirmed that
the SERVERS were housed in a bathroom closet.
Attention alert viewers. Did you notice I said servers – plural?
According
to ABC News, Platte River Networks now says that there may have been a
backup server with information still on it, and they are cooperating
fully with the FBI.
In still another report, The Hill, a DC political
magazine, yesterday reported that a group of intelligence agency
officials have identified 305 additional Clinton emails have been
flagged for review by various intelligence agencies.
It looks like
the rats are starting to jump ship. Another report yesterday in US News
& World Report says that the State Department has just mysteriously
discovered nearly 18,000 emails tied to a key Hillary Clinton aide,
Philippe Reines.
Even the Washington Post is turning against Hillary. Columnist Eugene Robinson filed an opinion piece last night saying:
“I
wish she wouldn’t insult our intelligence by claiming she only did what
other Secretaries of State had done … I wish she would explain why,
after turning over to the State Department the e-mails she deemed
work-related, she had the server professionally wiped clean.”
