Benghazi-We know four who could not!

The 2012 Benghazi attack took place on the evening of September 11, 2012, when Islamic militants attacked the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, killing U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer . Sean SmithStevens was the first U.S. Ambassador killed in the line of duty since 1979. The attack has also been referred to as the Battle of Benghazi.
Several hours later, a second assault targeted a different compound about one mile away, killing CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty.Ten others were also injured in the attacks

Rep. Trey Gowdy, Journalist Sharyl Attkisson, and the Benghazi Families Unite Against Hillary Clinton!
As Hillary Clinton’s email scandal continues to unravel and it grows ever more likely that she will be indicted for criminal activities from her time as Secretary of State, the Benghazi scandal is also heating up. While two separate investigations are being conducted on the activities around the State Department, the two investigations are also inextricably linked by the bad behavior of Hillary Clinton and her cronies.
Over the last week, Clinton and her allies have faced fire from three different angles of the Benghazi/Email scandal story. Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) explained that the testimony seems to contradict the Obama administration (and State Department) story about what happened on the ground in Benghazi. Journalist Sharyl Attkisson agrees with Gowdy, saying that the evidence is now “overwhelming” and proves that the government has lied to us about what happened. Finally, the families of the Benghazi dead and those who survived are beginning to fight back against Hillary Clinton’s attempts to paint them as either liars or simpletons.
First, Attkisson lays out the argument that the government is lying about how the situation in Benghazi played out.
“We also spoke to sources and have some email evidence that talks about special forces that were not far away in Europe that we were told were assigned to respond in the event of a case just like this, and yet were turned back according to witnesses. This is something that the president and the White House has steadfastly denied, but there’s now what I would call an overwhelming body of evidence that leads us to believe that somebody stopped a number of teams and potential rescuers from entering Libya or going to Benghazi to help while those attacks were underway. They could have gotten there. According to experts and people that have information that we spoke to, they could have gotten there before the last two Americans died. Those attacks went on for eight hours…
We spoke to, again a CIA team leader expert, an anti-terrorism expert who says the only person who stops those forces that spun up automatically without waiting to be told—the only force is the commander in chief, slash the White House, an authority that comes from him.”
Here’s some of that email evidence, which was uncovered in December, showing that the Pentagon was ready to defend Benghazi and contradicting both Hillary Clinton and Leon Panetta, who have said that no troops were available to help in Benghazi.
Then, Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) spoke to the idea that no “stand down” order was ever given. In the aftermath of the Benghazi attack, numerous reports emerged that the military contractors in Benghazi were explicitly ordered not to help at the consulate. The Obama administration and the State Department both argued that no order was ever given, but the evidence against this story continues to grow.
"The best I can do is tell you what the witnesses say, and then you can decide who you think is more credible," Gowdy said during an interview with Boston Herald Radio…
Gowdy said "there were no assets that could have gotten there" in time to save Ambassador Chris Stevens and Sean Smith, two Benghazi victims who died of smoke inhalation earlier in the evening of Sept. 11, 2012.
But he noted the question of whether assets could have arrived in time to save the other two victims, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, was "eminently fair."
Clinton-Benghazi"I don't know why the mainstream media doesn't understand that you have to talk to everyone before you draw conclusions," Gowdy said.
The soldiers who were there have already said this over and over, and it’s basically their word against the word of the politicians who made the mess.
“There is no sensationalism in that: We were told to ‘stand down,’” said former Special Forces Officer Kris Paronto, one of the CIA contractors who fought that night, in an interview with Politico. “Those words were used verbatim — 100 percent. … If the truth of it affects someone’s political career? Well, I’m sorry. It happens…
The words were used,” Paronto said. “I don’t know what to tell you; I don’t know how they can continuously call us liars, which is what they’re doing, in effect.”
Lastly, the Benghazi families have teamed with the soldiers about another aspect of the scandal that has our government calling the heroes and their families liars. One of the most convoluted aspects of the Benghazi scandal had to do with the disgusting excuses made by Clinton’s State Department in the immediate aftermath of the attack. Clinton and her team tried to sell the country on a story that the attack had nothing to do with Al Qaeda terrorists and was simply a riot spurred on by a stupid YouTube video.
Today, we know that this was all a smokescreen, a lie, and that no one in the government ever believed that the video had anything to do with the attack. In fact, within hours of the first bullet being fired we knew that the perpetrators were from Ansar al Sharia (Libya’s wing of Al Qaeda), and that it was a planned and coordinated terrorist attack. Now, the Benghazi families are telling the country that Hillary Clinton told them something very different, and she in turn has called them “liars.”
Recently during a Fox News interview when Megyn Kelly asked Sean Smith’s mother, Patricia Smith, if she might have just been confused and misunderstood what Clinton had told her, Smith grew angry.
Benghazi Lies“Bullfeathers! That’s just plain old bull. I know what she said, and not only did she say it, but Obama said the same thing to me, and Panetta, and Biden, and Susan Rice… I went up to all of them, begging them to tell me what happened, and they all said that it was the video. Every one of them.”
Later Smith told Kelly that she wanted to see Hillary in jail for the way she handled herself and the situation. “She’s been lying. She’s turned the whole country into a bunch of liars.”
But perhaps the most glaring proof that the Benghazi families aren’t confused or lying came when the father of Tyrone Woods, Charles Woods, showed Kelly and her viewers his personal datebook/journal which showed what he wrote on the day he met with Hillary Clinton:
“I gave Hillary a hug and shook her hand and she said ‘we are going to have the film maker arrested who was responsible for the death of my son.’”
It’s an odd thing for him to write if that wasn’t what had happened.
At some point, even the most ardent liberal Hillary Clinton supporting Democrat has to begin wondering if they can continue to support these liars. Don’t they?

Secret Service in Cover-Up Mode on Obama Travel Costs
![]() For years, Judicial Watch has regularly monitored expenditures of U.S. Government funds by the president, members of the first family, and other VIPs receiving Secret Service protection. FOIA requests to the U.S. Air Force and other agencies enabled Judicial Watch to determine that, to date, the total known travel expenses for various trips by the Obamas and Bidens are currently $70,563,336.75. But the extraordinary lack of cooperation by the Secret Service has prevented Judicial Watch from gathering complete records of taxpayer-funded, VIP travel. These Secret Service records typically include records of expenses incurred for ground transportation, lodging, meals, and other related costs, as well as the accompanying Secret Service details. The lawsuit details:
Since July 21, 2014, Plaintiff has
submitted 19 travel-related FOIA requests to the Secret Service as part of
Plaintiffs on-going monitoring of federally-funded, VIP travel. All of the
requests were identical or nearly identical but for the name of the VIP and
the date and/or destination of the travel. Plaintiffs requests sought:
"All records concerning use of U.S. Government funds to provide security
and/or any other services to [name of VIP] and any other companions on their
[date] trip to [location]."
The Secret Service has not made a determination on a single, travel-related FOIA request served by Plaintiff since July 21, 2014.
Judicial Watch previously sued the
Secret Service five times between 2012 and 2014 for security related
information on presidential and VIP travel. Prior litigation and other FOIA
requests resulted in a number of details about security costs of trips to New York for a "date night"
($11,648.17), a 2013 trip to Africa ($2,189,727.60), a 2013 adventure to Ireland ($251,161.86), and 2014
fundraising trip to Denver ($200,383.70).
Judicial Watch asserts that the Secret Service has "a policy and practice of violating FOIA" requirements, Judicial Watch attorneys are asking the court to enjoin the Secret Service from continuing to withhold the requested records and other information from Judicial Watch for 19 current requests. Prior examples of Judicial Watch FOIA requests that gathered travel cost information include:
A February and March 2015 golf and fundraising
trip which cost taxpayers $4,436,245.50 in travel expenses alone;
A June 2015 trip by Michelle Obama to the UK and Italy which cost taxpayers $240,495.67 in travel expenses alone; A March 2014 trip by Michelle Obama to China which cost taxpayers $360,000 in travel expenses alone; An April 2015 single day trip to the Florida Everglades for Earth Day which cost taxpayers $866,615.40 in travel expenses alone; And a February 2015 weekend ski trip by Michelle Obama to Aspen, Colorado, which cost taxpayers $57,000 in travel expenses alone.
Rarely does Judicial Watch seek an injunction under FOIA,
but the Secret Service has ignored a record 19 Freedom of Information
requests on Obama and other presidential-level travel. The FOIA requests seek
access to records about taxpayer dollars expended on the extravagant and
often unnecessary travel enjoyed by the President, his family members, and
others receiving Secret Service protection. We have little doubt the Secret Service,
which is already mired in controversy, is covering up embarrassing numbers
about the costs of security for Barack Obama's vacation and political
fundraising trips.
State Department Rushed
Approval for Hillary Clinton's Memoirs)
We've been stonewalled for years on our Benghazi and Clinton cash Freedom of Information requests and lawsuits by the State Department. However, if you are Hillary Clinton, the State Department will rubber stamp your proposed, perhaps with sensitive information that should not see the light of day, in record time. That's the conclusion from reviewing the documents we just released revealing that State Department officials ordered rushed approval of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's manuscript for her memoir Hard Choices. The documents show a key State Department official had concerns about the disclosure of classified information in the book concerning Iran and an effort to destroy draft copies of Clinton's book in State Department files and from State Department computer systems. The documents were obtained from the State Department last month in response to a June 12, 2014, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking the following:
Records regarding the review,
vetting, and/or approval of the publication of the memoir Hard Choices by
former Secretary of State Clinton. This request includes, but it not limited
to records of communications between any official, employee, or
representative of the Department of State and any other individual or entity
related to the review and approval process.
(It took over a year to respond to
our request!)
The documents show the first Clinton book chapters were delivered to Director of the Office of Information Programs and Services John Hackett in February 2014. Hackett began pressuring his staff for approval on March 7. On March 10, Senior Reviewer Charles Daris urged reviewers at the Near Eastern Affairs Bureau to "turn these around as quickly as possible to meet the hopes and expectations of the author." That same day, State Department official Neil Silver writes: "The FOIA office is under great pressure to turn this around quickly. If you are tardy in your response, you may get a high-level Department official call. On March 13, Daris emails show that the Near East staff was given three working days to respond to the book's chapter on Benghazi and that the State Department delayed sending the manuscript to the CIA for review at the request of former Clinton campaign staffer Ethan Gelber. Daris also documents that factual errors have been found in the Iran chapter and that the Maghreb desk has "comment" on the CIA in Benghazi. The documents also show an effort to destroy copies of draft copies of the Clinton book, evidently because "revisions were in the works." A March 20 exchange with State Department official Paul P. Blackburn reads:
• Daris: New marching orders from
our Front Office. Will you please suspend our request for clearance and find
a way to get all/all of the copies back that you sent to EAP [East Asian and
Pacific Affairs]. Please confirm to me when you have done so.
• Blackburn: I have just retrieved the two copies of the chapter portions Neil passed to the China and Japan desks (i.e., pages 53-73 of "Back to Beijing" and 87-119 of "Green Light.") In each case, I was assured that no reproductions were made, so I think we now have "all/all of the copies." • Daris: Excellent, Paul. Please destroy them. Thank you. C
The documents show a sudden
decision to halt all work on the review of Clinton's chapter on Iran,
followed by a request that all extant copies be found and destroyed, apparently prompted by
the State Department's Iran Desk's concerns about the manuscript.
State Department officials were cautioned to be careful in how they proffered editorial suggestions to the former Secretary's staff. In a March 12, 2014, email to Silver, Peter Hemsch suggests, "We may reach out informally to the former Secretary's staff re: the policy issues raised; just a low-key, friendly heads-up to double-check that they have considered a policy angle." Daris forwarded the email, adding that suggestions should be passed along "reiterating that it is not/not a formal Dept response." Hillary Clinton can get her book, despite disclosing classified material, approved in record time from the same State Department that is slow-walking and obstructing, over years, the release of the notorious Clinton emails about Benghazi and other scandals. The desperate effort to destroy copies of the Clinton draft shows that any remaining drafts need to be uncovered and reviewed. My guess is the American people, the courts, and law enforcement will be angry that yet more Clinton records, which included sensitive and potentially classified information, were destroyed. Washington corruption places our nation at risk and puts your God-given freedoms in jeopardy. You can be proud to be a supporter of a group that stands in the gap to expose and curtail this dangerous corruption. Until next week... Tom Fitton President |

If you don't know how a Russian/Egypt Airbus could be shot down, you are not paying attention!
If you remember Obama is wanted the down fall of Bashar al-Assad in the worst way. Obama really wasn't doing much about ISIS until Putin forced his hand. Now the Obama administration is trying to cover his track by putting troops on the ground. Obama wanted to help the moderates and now fight ISIS. Do you know where ISIS may have got the weapons to shoot down Airbus. I'll give you one clue. It is the same game Obama and Hillary played in Libya.
What the attached segment and see if you can strategic possibilities . And don't think for a minute Russia and Egypt are not already discussing this. My contention, as well as others was that Obama was helping ISIS and the moderates to over throw Assad. We may have to except what Putin eventually says as the truth, because we sure as hell can't believe Washington

Benghazi attack was planned 10 or more days prior on approximately 01 September 2012.

According to the memo, the attack "was planned and executed by the Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman (BCOAR). BCOAR is also responsible for past attacks on the Red Cross in Benghazi and the attack on the British Ambassador, they have approximately 120 members." Rahman is serving a life sentence in a federal prison for his role in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center which killed six people in New York.
The leader of al-Qaeda in Libya and alleged mastermind of the attack on the US consulate and CIA Annex in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, Abd al-Baset Azzouz, was arrested in Turkey on November 13, 2014 by Turkish National Police in the city of Yalova, acting on intelligence supplied by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Turkey's National Intelligence Directorate (MİT). On November 24, 2014, Azzouz was deported to Jordan before being transferred to the United States, where it is believed he is currently being held.
Azzouz was born in Libya, immigrated to Manchester, England in 1994, but left Britain in 2009 for Pakistan, where he became a close lieutenant of al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri, before being sent to Libya to run al-Qaeda's operations there.
It is important to note, that Azzouz's al Qaeda operational headquarters was the al Tawhid (or al Tawheed) College in Derna, Libya, a city long known as a haven for radical Islamists. Azzouz's "college" had been authorized by Libyan Under Secretary of the Ministry of Education Fathi Akkari, who was, at the time of the Benghazi attack, one of the eight candidates for the post of prime minister and a hard core member of the Muslim Brotherhood.

EMAIL: HILLARY DIDN’T KNOW DEAD AMBASSADOR’S NAME. Pay Attension to who she emailed
Good Friends Right!
The night a U.S. ambassador was killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, Hillary Clinton sent a message three senior State Department officials.
The recipients were Jake Sullivan, Deputy Chief of Staff to then-Secretary of State Clinton, Cheryl Mills, an adviser to "Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign" and Counselor and Chief of Staff to the Secretary, and Victoria Jane Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs.
“Cheryl told me the Libyans confirmed his death. Should we announce tonight or wait until morning?” Clinton says in the email, time stamped 11:38 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2012.
The email had as its subject line: “Chris Smith.” The murdered ambassador was Chris Stevens.
The Secretary of State didn’t even know the name of the U.S. ambassador to Libya — even after terrorists stormed an American compound and killed him.
Sean Smith, an information management officer with the United States Foreign Service, was also killed during the attack in Benghazi. They’ll no doubt say she meant him — but she actually got BOTH names of the dead wrong.

As Dumb As She Is You Know She Was Hacked! Spam Sent to Hillary Clinton Server Prompts
Spam Sent to Hillary Clinton Server Prompts Look at Suspected Russian Hacking
WASHINGTON
— It turns out that Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email account,
like seemingly everyone else’s in America, was hit by spam sent to try
to lure her into clicking on a malicious link — one that could have
compromised the security of her communications when she was secretary of
state.
But did that put her more at risk than if she had relied solely on the
State Department’s internal systems? Almost certainly not. After all,
in 2014 the unclassified email systems at the State Department and the
White House were shut down, often for days at a time, as government
security experts tried to erase the damage done by the hackers,
suspected to be Russians, probably linked to the government. It seems
virtually certain, investigators say, that the offenders in that case
siphoned vast numbers of emails out of both systems.

String of Emails Raises Questions About When Hillary Clinton Began Using Personal AccountSEPT. 25, 2015

Hillary Clinton Email Inquiry Weighs if Aides Erred at ‘Send’SEPT. 24, 2015
Still, the evidence that Mrs. Clinton’s personal account had been on the receiving end of a “spear phishing” attempt, revealed in a batch of her emails released by the State Department on Wednesday, raises the same question the F.B.I. is trying to answer as it combs through the forensic evidence from the server that was once in Mrs. Clinton’s basement.
And that is whether the attackers who successfully got into the unclassified systems at the State Department and the White House also got into Mrs. Clinton’s. She would have been a natural target for a state-sponsored cyberattack by adversaries who have made clear their determination to learn as much as they can about the inner workings of the United States government. And the possible vulnerability of her home-based system remains a central mystery in the investigations.
“It would stand to reason,” one person involved in the investigation said recently, “that anyone who had planted malware in the State Department system would have seen a very high-level official talking to other high-level officials, and followed the trail.” But, the person added, “we don’t know that happened.”
The person spoke on the condition of anonymity so as to not be identified discussing a continuing investigation.
Nick Merrill, a spokesman for the Clinton campaign, said there was no evidence that the system had ever been breached. “All these emails show is that, like millions of other Americans, she received spam,” he said.
There is also no evidence that the spammers who targeted her knew that it was the secretary of state at the other end of the attack. The fact that it was sent four times to her account over a period of hours suggests it was sent by an automated system.
Some experts disagree. Justin Harvey, the chief security officer of Fidelis Cybersecurity, said in an interview that “the chances are still quite high that it was humanly targeted.” In such an attack, the spam probably would have been sent first to her aides, in hopes of getting to her account.
But if Mrs. Clinton’s system was successfully pierced — perhaps in some other attack — Mrs. Clinton might well not have known it, either. Other email accounts, including one for her husband, Bill, the former president, resided on the same server in their basement of their home in Chappaqua, N.Y. No one has yet explained what kind of monitoring systems were on that server, if any.

Eric H. Holder Jr., the previous attorney general, often said, “There are two kinds of companies in America: those who know they have been the subject of cyberattacks, and those who don’t know they have been the subject of cyberattacks.” That dictum seems to apply to the State Department as well.
It took officials there weeks or months to catch on to the attack, officials said this year. That is a pretty good record compared with the Office of Personnel Management, who did not know for more than a year that security dossiers on roughly 22 million Americans, and millions of fingerprints, had been secretly transmitted to servers in China.
If Mrs. Clinton felt safer on her own system than on the State Department’s, she was hardly alone. One of Mrs. Clinton’s top policy aides, Anne-Marie Slaughter, noted in another email released Wednesday that “State’s technology is so antiquated that NO ONE uses a State-issued laptop, and even high officials routinely end up using their home email accounts to be able to get their work done quickly and effectively.”
What was true in 2011 remains true today. The State Department on Thursday confirmed a report in The Boston Globe that Secretary of State John Kerry had occasionally received work related emails on a personal account.
“This is an acknowledgment of the reality that Secretary Kerry has decades-old friendships, and those friends have emailed him on a personal account for years,” said John Kirby, a spokesman for the State Department. Mr. Kerry has taken several steps to ensure that he complied with federal record-keeping rules, the State Department said, adding that it has a process in place to review Mr. Kerry’s personal emails to make sure they are forwarded to his work account and backed up on a federal record-keeping system.
The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, said Thursday that he was certain the bureau would be able to complete the investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s personal email account in a timely manner and that he would make sure politics did not interfere with it.
“I am following this very closely, and I get briefed on it regularly,” Mr. Comey told reporters at F.B.I. headquarters.
The F.B.I. opened its investigation into how classified materials were handled in connection with Mrs. Clinton’s account in response to a referral from the inspector general for the intelligence community after sensitive national security information was found on the account. It is illegal to have classified information on an unsecured network.
Mr. Comey declined to discuss the specifics of the inquiry, but said that one of the reasons he has a 10-year term as director was “to make sure this organization stays outside of politics.”
Correction: October 3, 2015
A headline on Friday with an article about Hillary Rodham Clinton’s email server overstated what is known about an investigation into the server’s security. As the article correctly noted, Mrs. Clinton received spam email that was intended to place malware on her computer network; the investigation has not yet determined that the malware effort was successful.

Emails released by the Obama State Department Friday reveal that Hillary Clinton did not know the name of the Ambassador to Libya.
Ambassador Chris Stevens was murdered in a terrorist strike on the US Consulate in Benghazi on September 11, 2012.

The Obama administration knew at the time that it was a planned terrorist attack but decided to lie to the American public to save face and win an election.
Hillary Clinton sent out an email that night and did not know the name of the deceased Ambassador to Libya.
